Type d'accompagnement
1.
Individual sessions
In one-on-one sessions, we delve into your personal challenges, like navigating self-esteem issues, moments of doubt, and feeling adrift without purpose. The aim is to understand your situation deeply and to work together to transform those repetitive patterns that leave you feeling unsatisfied. Through our sessions, we uncover your needs, emotions, strengths, and desires, crafting a path towards a more fulfilling life aligned with your true essence.
2.
Couple and family meeting
In relationships, love alone isn't enough. Despite strong affection, challenges like communication issues, power struggles, or past toxic patterns can arise. Building healthy communication is essential. Through couple and family intervention, we learn to communicate better to nurture ourselves, others, and our relationships.
3.
Intervention in a professional environment
When working with couples and relationships, my aim is to promote and support optimal functioning within the relationship's dynamics. Through the provision of support and information, my goal is to encourage improved communication and foster more harmonious marital or family relationships.
My approach
As a counseling therapist, my approach is based on the deep conviction that each individual has within themselves the capacity to evolve and mobilize their psycho-emotional resources to access personal solutions. My approach is based on “non-directive” qualities and attitudes, such as empathy, active listening, neutrality and non-judgment. These elements are essential to create a therapeutic space where the individual can regain their self-confidence, restore their balance, maintain their autonomy and achieve their goals.
